We were having a little trouble here yesterday with our site kicking you out and bringing you to a nice little slideshow…. But thanks to our awesome web designer Tracy Apps we’re back to blogging!

Just for fun I thought I’d share some pics from our weekend at the Farm.

Here’s Signe… very concerned about all the motors, she was NOT going to be riding a snowmobile.

She made it into the barn… still very concerned.

But then cousin Ethan tells her it will be fun… who wouldn’t trust this face.

Finally she got on and ended up having a blast.  Grampa had made this little trailer (for his walker originally) and then Johnsonized it to be a kid trailer.

This family is amazing. The love and happiness that is beaming though these pictures just floors me. You’d never know the fight for life that is happening in the midst of the laughter. Sonya is a mother, wife, daughter, sister and friend to many and our prayers are with her and this beautiful family. It was beyond a pleasure to capture these guys having fun and goofing around at the cabin.

JANUARY 30 – 2010 – DULUTH, MN

We loved everything about this wedding… the people, the style, the dress, the location… did I mention the bride and groom?! Amazing. It’s been a few weeks since the wedding and we’re still talking about how crazy cool it was!

Britta + Peter, you two are rock stars!

Two words…  simple and beautiful.

A little silliness before the ceremony started.

As they turn around to walk down the aisle someone throws a paper airplane at them… and then they are bombarded with dozens of planes!  It was a total surprise to them (and us, to be honest I initially thought someone threw their napkin at them!) It was a fantastic twist!

I must say the Sacred Heart Music Center is one of our absolute favorite wedding locations to date! We were free to play and explore the building and the atmosphere was perfect.  That is if you love cracks, peeling paint and all things awesome.

We stepped just outside the door for a few clicks and then ran back in! The pictures though… they were worth the goose bumps!
